Location: Cuffe Parade, Mumbai

Qualification-Any Graduate

Role: Receptionist cum Telephone Operator

1. Front Desk Officer cum Telephone Operator, you will be the first point of contact for the organisation.
2. Greet and welcome guests/visitors positively as soon as they arrive at the officeDirect visitors to the appropriate person and office
3. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
4. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/emailReceive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliver
5. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
6. Excellent communication skill in English, Hindi and Marat
