Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Legal Head to join our team at Lawsuit Ventures. As the Legal Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all legal matters within the company. This includes providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts, handling litigations, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will work closely with our team of legal experts to evaluate cases for funding, and provide guidance and support throughout the litigation process. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in the legal field.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable institution
• 4 to 6 years of experience in the legal field
• Strong knowledge of Indian laws and regulations
• Experience in handling litigations and legal proceedings
• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to provide strategic legal advice to the management team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and ethical standards
