We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Executive to join our client. As a Technical Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer service orientation. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in technical support.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to our clients by identifying and resolving technical issues
• Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot problems via phone, email, or in person
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
• Document and track client issues and resolutions in our ticketing system
• Ensure timely and effective communication with clients regarding the status of their issues
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their technical needs are met
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends
• Assist in the development and improvement of technical support processes and procedures
