Founder’s Office – EA & Social Media Manager (FLiCKA) (Mumbai | High-Ownership Role) Role Overview This role works directly with the founders to build their personal brand, visibility, and narrative across platforms. We’re looking for someone who is extremely proactive, plugged into trends, and strong at research + execution—someone who can spot opportunities, move fast, and make things happen without constant direction. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow founders’ personal social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Identify and execute PR opportunities — features, interviews, podcasts, events
- Stay on top of trends, conversations, and cultural moments to plug the founders in
- Research and build relevant media, creator, and industry connections
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand and founder narrative
- Coordinate with internal teams for content production, approvals, and posting
- Track visibility, engagement, and overall personal brand growth
- Act as a bridge between founders and external PR / media stakeholders
- Ideal Candidate
- Highly active, aware, and plugged into what’s happening online
- Strong research skills and instinct for spotting opportunities early
- Excellent communication and storytelling ability
- Self-starter with high ownership and fast execution mindset
- Comfortable working closely with founders in a dynamic setting
- Good understanding of PR, media landscape, and social platforms Experience
- 1–4 years in PR / Social Media / Founder Branding / Agency roles
- Experience with personal branding or founder-led brands is a plus Why This Role
