Operations Manager (Andheri)

About the Role We are a fast-growing nutrition/supplement brand handling both D2C (online) and B2B (distributor) orders. We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager who can manage daily dispatch, inventory, and team coordination efficiently. Key Responsibilities Order & Dispatch Management Oversee daily D2C (Shopify) and B2B order processing Ensure accurate and on-time dispatch Coordinate with dispatch team. Inventory Management Maintain stock levels Track quick-moving and low-stock items Team Coordination Manage warehouse staff (packing + helpers) Ensure smooth workflow and discipline Solve daily operational issues Logistics Coordination Coordinate with courier partners (Shiprocket, etc.) Monitor shipments, delays, and RTOs Ensure timely delivery updates Billing & Coordination Coordinate with accounts team for invoicing Ensure proper order flow from sales → dispatch ✅Requirements 2–5 years experience in: E-commerce operations / warehouse / logistics Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets Experience handling multiple SKUs and mixed orders Strong attention to detail Ability to manage team and handle pressure Good cordinate skills. Taking Responsibilities. Good to Have (Not Mandatory) Experience in E-commerce Microsoft Excel Familiarity with Shopify / Shiprocket What We Expect 99%+ dispatch accuracy Timely order processing Strong ownership of operations Problem-solving mindset Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00
