Job Summary
The Receptionist Admin Executive will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, maintaining petty cash records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning. The ideal candidate should have prior administrative experience, strong communication skills, and basic computer proficiency.
Key Responsibilities Manage front desk operations and greet visitors professionally Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence Maintain office records, files, and documentation Manage and monitor petty cash, maintain accurate records, and prepare expense reports Coordinate with internal teams for administrative support Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, travel arrangements Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations
Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in administrative role Positive communication skills (verbal and written) Basic computer knowledge including: MS Excel MS Word (Docx) Email handling Knowledge of maintaining petty cash and basic accounting records Valuable organizational and multitasking skills Professional attitude and presentable personality
Preferred Qualifications Graduate in any discipline 1–3 years of relevant work experience
Pay: ₹20,000.00
- ₹30,000.00 per month
