- Handle customer queries through scheduled (booked) calls – online or on-site
- Understand and resolve complex issues across multiple areas (functional, technical, compliance, etc.)
- Provide end-to-end solutions ensuring complete issue resolution
- Log accurate ticket details, updates, and call outcomes in CRM
- Manage long-duration and high-impact customer cases effectively
- Follow SOPs, maintain SLA timelines, and complete troubleshooting before escalation
- Maintain clear, confident, and professional communication with customers
- Provide proactive updates and ensure customer satisfaction Skills Required
- Strong Problem-Solving Ability
- Good Communication & Customer Handling Skills
- Ability to handle complex and long-duration cases
- Learning Attitude
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Remote Desktop Tools
- Inclination towards Customer Support and Problem Solving Eligibility Criteria
- Fresher / Any graduate
- B.COM, BAF, Commerce with IT Interest etc.
- Good communication and basic domain understanding preferred Career Growth Opportunities
