Our platform enables organizations to manage contracts, compliance, legal workflows, and enterprise processes more efficiently. We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager who can build solid customer relationships, drive account growth, and ensure seamless coordination between clients and internal teams. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer communications, queries, and escalations
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally to ensure timely resolution and delivery
- Conduct regular follow-ups, review meetings, and engagement activities with customers
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term relationship management Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and account expansion
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions
- Support lead generation and business development initiatives
- Achieve assigned revenue, retention, and account growth targets
- Work closely with the sales team to convert opportunities into long-term business relationships Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Product, Support, Operations, and Legal
- Ensure smooth onboarding and execution of customer requirements
- Track delivery timelines, customer expectations, and project milestones
- Maintain accurate updates and records in CRM systems
- Ensure prompt issue resolution and effective communication across teams Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare account reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates
- Maintain customer contracts, documentation, and communication records
- Assist in creating presentations, MIS reports, and management updates
- Monitor account performance and provide actionable insights Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities
- Good negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented mindset Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, or Client Relationship Management Preferred Industry Experience
- SaaS / Technology / Software Solutions
- B2B Services
