- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer communications and escalations.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally to ensure timely resolution and delivery.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and review meetings with customers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals within existing accounts.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions.
- Support lead generation and business development activities.
- Achieve assigned revenue and account growth targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Product, Support and Legal.
- Ensure timely onboarding and smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Track project or service delivery timelines and customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Prepare account reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Maintain customer documentation, contracts, and communication records.
- Assist in preparing presentations, MIS reports, and management updates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and customer-handling capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
