- 2-7 yrs experience as BDM in any DG/Earthmover company Salary: 4-5 LPA Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our Powerol DG Set business team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities:
· Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
· Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
· Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
· Product Presentation: Present and demonstrate Powerol DG sets to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
· Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to close sales deals.
· Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitors' activities.
· Sales Reporting: Track sales activity and maintain accurate records using CRM software.
· Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
· Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving client queries and complaints.
· Events Participation: Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and promote brand awareness. Qualifications:
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Skills Required:
