German Language expert (Jorhat)

German Language expert Must-Have
• 3 to 6 years of experience with payroll systems, payroll processing, and/or HRIS platforms (ADP, Paychex, Deel, SAP, Workday, or similar preferred)
• Fluency in German
• Good understanding of: German tax laws, Social security rules
• Collective agreements (Tarifverträge), Wage types and statutory perks
• Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
- Processing and reviewing/analysis of end-to-end payroll to completion.
- Maintain employment records and individually handle HR related queries.
- Attention to details and excellent analytical skills
• Ability to manage deadlines in a demanding environment
• Elevated level of professionalism and confidentiality
