Role Description We are looking for energetic and self-driven Field Agents to join our real estate operations team in Bangalore. You will be the on-ground face of our company
- visiting properties, meeting clients, coordinating with property owners, and ensuring a seamless experience for buyers and tenants across Indiranagar, Koramangala, and surrounding areas. - Meet prospective buyers, tenants, and property owners to understand requirements and showcase listings
- Coordinate between clients and the internal sales/operations team to close deals efficiently
- Capture property details including photos, videos, and condition reports during field visits
- Maintain accurate records of daily visits, client interactions, and follow-ups
- Gather local market intelligence
- pricing trends, new inventory, and competitor activity
- Ensure all property documentation and listings are up to date
- Assist with move-in/move-out coordination and handover processes as needed
- Meet daily and weekly targets for site visits, client meetings, and deal closures Requirements
- Own two-wheeler (mandatory) with a valid driving license
- Familiarity with Bangalore, especially Indiranagar, Koramangala, and nearby neighbourhoods
- Solid communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is a plus)
- Comfortable using a smartphone for navigation, photos, and reporting
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
- Prior experience in real estate, field sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / PUC (Graduates preferred) What we offer
- Monthly salary: 15,000
- 30,000 (based on experience and performance)
