Customer Service Representative (Jorhat)

We are currently hiring Customer Support Executives for Sky SUV Process a UK based Telecom service. Freshers & Experienced both may apply
- Call us on 5600 / Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer queries related to telecom services and packages
- Upsell telecom lines, broadband plans, and additional packages to existing customers
- Retain customers by providing effective resolutions and service support
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience
- Meet process targets and quality parameters UK Shift + Unlimited Incentives Requirements:
- Min 0-5 years of work experience as an Agent
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable handling customer interactions and sales conversations
- Prior experience in International Voice Process / Telecom Sales is preferred
- Ability to work in rotational shifts Perks:
