Human Resource Manager (HR) LOCATION: Vasanth Nagar, Bengaluru EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full time & On Site SALARY: Upto 40,000 per month + Travel Allowance ABOUT THE ROLE We are hiring an HR Manager to lead people operations for MSGP's Bengaluru workforce spanning HQ members, field collection crews, transport operators, and compost processing factory staff. This is a hands-on operational role at the heart of a growing waste management infrastructure company. MSGP Infra Tech is an Authorised Waste Processor (AWP) empanelled under BSWML for Bengaluru Central and West Corporations.

We operate the MSGP Waste Tech Park at Chiguranahalli, Doddaballapura, and power waste management operations across the city through our digital platform, ORI ByMSGP.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- End-to-end recruitment for field, plant, and admin roles across operational zones Manage attendance, shift scheduling, and payroll inputs for 100+ frontline workers Ensure compliance with labour laws, ESI/PF, and GBA/BBMP contractor norms Coordinate safety training, PPE issuance, and occupational health programs Handle employee grievances, disciplinary proceedings, and HR documentation Liaise with BBMP officials and contract labour agencies for workforce planning Drive monitoring, onboarding, appraisal cycles, and retention initiatives WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- MBA or PG Diploma in HR or equivalent qualification 2+ years in HR;

experience in waste management or municipal services preferred Proficiency in HRMS tools, MS Office, and Kannada/English communication Solid knowledge of Karnataka labour regulations Ability to work independently and manage daily reporting WHAT WE OFFER
