- Ensuring that projects are adopting and implementing ITIL practices.
- Ensuring that projects supported are adhering to ISO 20000 standards and CMMI for Services model Skill Sets: Project level quality planning, Conceptual and Practical knowledge of Quality models like ITIL, ISO9K, ISO 20k, Six Sigma, CMMI, Metrics, Software engineering and basics of project management, Focus on Productivity improvement levers like Tools, Automation and Reuse etc. IT / Industry Project Management, Quality Models, Software Engineering (and other Engineering fundamentals for non-IT units of Infosys), Quantitative and Statistical Analysis techniques.
