Day Porter, Mon

We are seeking a reliable and professional Day Porter– Front of House to support the smooth day to day operation of a residential building in the Knightsbridge area, London. You will provide a professional front of house presence, assist residents with day to day queries, manage contractor access and ensure site rules and safety are followed, handlepost, parcels and deliveries securely, support key control and building security, carry out authorised flat checks, maintain clean and well-presented communal areas through light cleaning, conduct regular building walkabouts to identify and report issues, assist with minor non-technical maintenancetasks, and keep clear daily logs and communication. The ideal candidate will be friendly, proactive and organised, with excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, good attention to detail, basic health and safety awareness, and very good computer literacy; previous experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
