Greetings from EdgeVerve Systems Limited!We are excited to invite applications for a Legal/Contracts Specialist role to join our energetic team.Key Responsibilities- Drafting, structuring, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including:- Master Services Agreements (MSA)- Software Licensing Agreements- SaaS Agreements- Vendor Agreements- Business Alliance Partner Agreements- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)- Letters of Engagement- Managing contract negotiations with internal stakeholders and clients across multiple jurisdictions.- Supporting RFI/RFP responses and business opportunities.- Providing legal advisory by assessing contractual risks and recommending mitigation strategies.- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to address contractual queries and requirements.- Standardizing processes and templates to enhance legal service delivery.- Assisting in dispute resolution related to commercial contracts.Interested?
