Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset to ensure a smooth and positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries via phone calls, email, chat, and social media platforms. Provide accurate information regarding company services, project updates, and support requests. Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when required. Maintain professional and positive communication with clients at all times. Track and manage customer interactions using internal systems and tools. Coordinate with the design, development, and marketing teams for issue resolution. Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction. Maintain records of customer feedback and prepare support reports when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of computers, email handling, and customer support tools. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Prior experience in customer support or voice process is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or pursuing graduation in any discipline. Freshers with solid communication skills are encouraged to apply.
