- Creative & Design Execution
- Develop high-quality graphics for digital and print platforms (social media, ads, brochures, websites, presentations, packaging, etc.).
- Create visual concepts, branding elements, and campaign designs.
- Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
- Project Leadership
- Lead and manage multiple design projects from concept to delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, product, sales) to understand creative requirements.
- Present concepts and design solutions with clarity and strong rationale.
- Team Collaboration
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
- Oversee quality control for design output across the team.
- Brand Development
- Contribute to brand identity, design standards, and visual strategy.
- Suggest new creative approaches to improve brand presence and engagement.
- Technical Skills
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro preferred).
- Strong understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to work with UI/UX elements is a plus. Pay Range: 20,000

- Experienced or proven in the Designing is a must.

- Good oral & written communication skills.
- Strong creative acumen.
