Business Development Manager – Medical Devices (Bioluminous Laser) Company: Oreol Group Location: Bangalore Role Overview: We are looking for a agile Business Development Manager to drive sales and marketing of our Bioluminous Laser surgery systems across hospitals and clinics. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert them into sales for Bioluminous devices
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare partners
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and workshops
- Plan and execute marketing strategies (online & offline)
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets Requirements:
- 2–5 years experience in medical device/pharma sales (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset What We Offer:
