Key Responsibilities
- Understand and assist in emergency protocols and first response procedures.
- Manage Software entry, billing, payment collection, and receipts.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Maintain patient privacy and data protection at all times .
