Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Chartered Accountant to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a CA firm, with demonstrated expertise in taxation, audit assignments, compliance work, and client servicing. This is a full-time position that requires the ability to manage responsibilities independently and with a high degree of professional integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Direct & Indirect Taxation

- Preparation and filing of ITRs for firms, companies, and individuals
- Handling income tax assessments, notices, and compliance
- Managing GST filings, reconciliations, and GST audit support

Audit & Assurance

- Conducting statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits
- Drafting audit reports and maintaining audit documentation
- Ensuring compliance with ICAI standards and statutory requirements

Corporate & ROC Compliance

- ROC filings including AOC-4, MGT-7, and incorporation support
- Ensuring compliance under the Companies Act and LLP Act

Client Relationship Management

- Managing a portfolio of clients and providing advisory support
- Communicating with clients regarding requirements, deadlines, and updates

Qualifications & Skills Required

✅ Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) — mandatory

✅ Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in a CA firm

✅ Strong working knowledge of Income Tax Act, GST laws, and Corporate Compliance

✅ Proficiency in Tally, SAP, or other accounting software

✅ Excellent communication and client management skills

✅ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently

Position Details

Location: Ashram Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in a CA Firm

Salary: As per market standards, commensurate with experience
