- are hiring a technically strong instructor to deliver a structured, hands-on bootcamp on Application Modernization for cohorts of Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) and a broader mix of architects, technical practitioners, and consulting professionals. The 5-day program covers portfolio discovery, mainframe (IBM Z) modernization, hyperscaler target architectures (Azure-led, with AWS and GCP coexistence), application refactoring, and agentic AI accelerated delivery. Cohorts progress through taught sessions, paired and individual labs, and a capstone where teams use Agent Builder to compress a real client modernization scenario end-to-end

Key Responsibilities

Teaching and Content Delivery
• Deliver technical sessions across the 5-day arc covering portfolio assessment, mainframe modernization, hyperscaler target architectures, application refactoring patterns, and agentic AI accelerated delivery.
• Translate dense modernization content (6R/7R dispositions, replatform vs. refactor trade-offs, AP×Q economics, zCloud patterns) into explicit explanations for a mixed-skill audience spanning mainframe veterans, cloud-native engineers, and consulting practitioners.
• Walk through reference target architectures for IBM Z modernization, Azure landing zones, hyperscaler coexistence, and containerized application estates.

Live Demonstrations and Lab Facilitation
