Warehouse Operations Executive (Junagadh)

Job description

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and dependable Operations Executive to oversee daily warehouse and dispatch activities. The role includes managing the packing team, ensuring accurate and timely order processing, maintaining operational documentation, and coordinating with internal departments for seamless workflow execution.

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently manage operational responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.

Key responsibilities

1. Manage inward shipment receiving, verification, and storage allocation 2. Handle labeling, counting, and processing of new and bulk shipments 3. Manage packaging and order processing across all sales platforms 4. Supervise the packing team to ensure accurate, timely, and quality dispatches 5. Coordinate with logistics partners for pickups, dispatches, and shipment tracking 6. Handle daily and bulk returns, including wrong return ticket management 7. Maintain and update operational records related to orders, inventory, and dispatches 8. Monitor stock movement and report discrepancies if any 9. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and workflow management 10. Manage manpower planning and arrange porter support whenever required 11. Maintain warehouse discipline, workflow efficiency, and operational support activities

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of warehouse, dispatch, inventory, and shipment operations
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage daily operational activities efficiently
- Ability to supervise a small team, maintain discipline, and ensure timely completion of work
- Basic computer proficiency, including Excel, Google Sheets and SAP for operational tracking and reporting
- Good attention to detail in packaging, labeling, order processing, and stock management
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational pressure effectively
- Quick learner with a responsible, proactive, and adaptable approach toward operations
- SAP knowledge

Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience in operations, warehouse, dispatch, or logistics roles preferred
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred
