Work with Fab teams to enable smooth transfer2.Integration responsibilities to set up Mask quality and cycle time rule to 28-110nm platform technologies3.Co-work with Fab such like LT/PEI/Metrology … as needed, to implement / enhance Mask quality requirement.4. Manage Vendor on Mask quality and capacity /cycle time requirement5. Deep understanding of Mask quality parameter such like 3 sigma, tolerance ……4. Deep understanding of Capacity / Cycle time management5. Ability to work across different cultures and geographies6. Good team player7. Innovation and competitive mindsetDesired Experience Level1. 10+ years experience in the semiconductor industry, most of which will be in the Data Mask field2. Proven track record of successfully developing new technologies into high volume production3.
