The candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory tests, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with laboratory quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests accurately
- Collect, label, and process patient specimens
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments
- Analyze test results and prepare laboratory reports
- Follow infection control and laboratory safety procedures
- Maintain proper documentation and quality assurance standards
- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare professionals regarding test findings Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
- Relevant laboratory certification/licensing preferred
- Minimum 1–3 years of laboratory experience preferred
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures, quality control, and safety standards
- Good communication and teamwork skills
