Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CA Qualified or Semi-Qualified professional to join our team in the Risk Advisory function. The role involves evaluating internal controls, reviewing SOPs, and supporting Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) processes within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Risk Advisory (IA) across various departments including production, procurement, inventory, finance, and operations
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify gaps or inefficiencies
- Review, design, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Assist in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework implementation and monitoring
- Perform risk assessments and suggest mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
- Prepare Assurance reports with actionable recommendations and follow up on implementation
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for Assurance findings and closures

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of Risk Advisory (IA) processes and risk management
- Knowledge of SOP development and process mapping
- Familiarity with ERM frameworks
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills (Positive to Have):

- Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Understanding of cost Assurance / inventory controls in manufacturing
- Basic knowledge of data analytics tools
