We're hiring a Fashion Communications Designer / Visual Storyteller

About Us

Soham Dave is a slow fashion label rooted in textiles, process, and quiet design.

We work with handwoven fabrics, natural materials, and small-batch production, focusing on form, surface, and subtle detail.

Our practice extends beyond garments into observation, texture, and evolving narratives around making. We are building a language that is minimal, thoughtful, and enduring.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who can engage deeply with the brand and translate it into meaningful visual and written communication.

This is not a conventional social media role.

It requires someone who can observe, capture, and interpret the world of the brand as it unfolds—both in moments of making and in final form.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and evolve our social media with sensitivity to the brand’s voice
- Plan and create content across formats (images, video, and written)
- Capture everyday moments, processes, and behind-the-scenes in the studio
- Develop creatives for performance marketing on a regular basis
- Oversee and update website and blog content
- Assist in planning and executing shoots
- Design lookbooks, line sheets, and communication material when required

What We’re Looking For

- Solid communication skills (visual and written)
- A sharp eye for detail, composition, and quiet aesthetics
- Hands-on experience with Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and basic video editing
- Hands-on photography and videography skills are a strong plus
- Observant, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Someone who values process, restraint, and clarity over noise
