Job Summary:

Our client is looking for a dedicated and agile Site Engineer for our Dholera project location. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring smooth project execution, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and clients, and ensuring timely completion of work as per project requirements.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:


• Supervise and manage daily in office execution activities.

• Ensure project work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety

standards.

• Coordinate with the Head Office (HQ), vendors, contractors, and project teams for smooth

project execution.

• Monitor site progress and submit daily/weekly progress reports to management.

• Ensure timely material planning, receipt, and GRN (Goods Receipt Note) generation.

• Verify material quantity and quality received at the site.

• Coordinate for timely material delivery as per project schedule.

• Supervise installation activities and ensure proper implementation methodology is followed.

• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality workmanship.

• Maintain proper documentation related to site activities, work progress, material

consumption, and site records.

• Ensure client bills and vendor bills are processed and raised in a timely manner.

• Resolve site-related technical issues and coordinate with concerned departments for quick

solutions.

• Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and company procedures at the site.

• Manage manpower deployment and monitor productivity at the site.

• Attend client meetings, site review meetings, and internal coordination meetings whenever

required.

• Support project completion activities and handover documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile:


• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related Engineering field.

• Prior experience in site execution, project coordination, or industrial project handling

preferred.
