IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to support and manage Microsoft 365 environments for enterprise customers during PST business hours. This role will focus on: Microsoft 365 administration User support and troubleshooting SharePoint and collaboration support Endpoint and Windows login troubleshooting Day-to-day IT helpdesk operations The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling end-user support independently and capable of troubleshooting issues across Microsoft 365, Windows, and collaboration platforms. We are specifically looking for immediate joiners who are comfortable working PST shifts.
