Project Director Junagadh

This role will be responsible for end-to-end leadership and delivery of large, complex Minerals & Metals projects (Greenfield, Brownfield, Expansion, EPC/EPCM/Turnkey) ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, quality, safety, and contractual commitments, while driving profitability, client satisfaction, and organizational capability building.

This role serves as the single-point accountability (SPOC) for assigned projects and represents the organization at the highest level with clients, JV partners, consultants, and statutory authorities.

Project Leadership & Governance

Provide overall direction, governance, and leadership for one or more mega/strategic projects in the Minerals & Metals domain (Iron Ore, Steel, Aluminium, Copper, Zinc, Beneficiation, Pellet Plants, Smelters, Material Handling Systems, etc.).

Establish robust project governance structures, decision-making frameworks, and escalation protocols.

Ensure alignment with organizational strategy, IC objectives, and profitability targets.

Contract, Commercial & Financial Management

Full accountability for project P&L;, cash flow, billing, and margin improvement.

Oversee contract administration, including scope management, claims, variations, EOT, negotiations, and dispute resolution.

Ensure timely certification, invoicing, collections, and effective working capital management.

Drive cost control, value engineering, and risk mitigation to protect and enhance margins.

Planning, Execution & Delivery

Approve and monitor master schedules, milestone tracking, and critical path activities.

Ensure seamless integration across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.

Drive productivity improvements, constructability reviews, and adoption of best practices.

Ensure timely and protected project completion as per contractual commitments.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary interface with clients, senior management, and key stakeholders.
