Company Detail:- Our client is a ceramic manufacturing companyPosition: Sr. Executive EXIM (Documentation)Job Location: AhmedabadRole Overview:- Sr. Executive EXIM (Documentation) The Role involves detail-oriented and experienced EXIM qualified to manage end-to-end export and import documentation and logistics operations. Also the role involves handling international shipment coordination, export-import compliance, LC documentation, DGFT-related activities, and liaison with freight forwarders, CHA agents, transporters, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods globally.Key Responsibilities:-- Will be responsible for handling the EXIM (export & import) related activities for the entire group companies. The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.- Responsible for entire logistics movements by Ocean / Air for both Inbound & Outbound movements.- Preparation of Export Documents as per LC Terms and Condition, sound Knowledge of LC clause.- Liaise & negotiate with freight forwarders, transporters, custom clearing agents and other related vendors there by managing the entire order cycle in the supply chain process efficiently.- Sound knowledge of DGFT related matters, AD code registration on ICE gate portal, Export Promotion Schemes, like EPCG, MEIS, and duty remission schemes like Rodtep, Drawback etcKey Requirement :- Any Graduate can apply (EXIM course is preferable)- Must have practical Exposure of both Import and export Documentation- Candidate must be from Mfg.
