The ideal candidate will assist the attorney with the scheduling of client meetings, taking client calls, organizing the Attorney’s schedule, print and ship cases, and general administrative support as required.

The ideal candidate must be consistently motivated, detail oriented, delivers high-quality work in a fast-paced high-pressure workplace and fluently speaks, reads and writes in English.

Also required:

- Displays professionalism, quality service and a “can do” attitude both within the Firm and with the Firm’s clients
- Builds knowledge of the Firm and client processes
- Demonstrates attention to detail and achieves high level of productivity
- Multitasks in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
- Communicates professionally, effectively and accurately with the attorney and with the Firm’s clients

The position will be full-time Monday-Friday and in-person at the Firm's Ahmedabad, India office.
