Role Description :

We’re hiring Customer Support Executives for Babli

Location: Khokhra (Near Maninagar), Ahmedabad

Full-time, On-site

We’re looking for people who are:

• Good at Hindi & English communication

• Comfortable handling WhatsApp, Instagram, email & customer call support

• Calm, patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented while handling customers

• Familiar with Shopify, Shiprocket, Delhivery, Unicommerce, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp API tools like Interakt, Bitespeed, Spur, etc.

Freshers can apply. Prior D2C/e-commerce experience is a plus.

Salary:

• Freshers after probation period : ₹18,000 to ₹22,000

• Experienced candidates (1-2 yrs): ₹23,000–₹30,000

(Based on experience, communication skills & performance)
