Principal Architect (Junagadh)

About the Role Medigence Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and visionary Principal Architect to lead large-scale healthcare and institutional infrastructure projects. The role involves end-to-end project leadership, design strategy, multidisciplinary coordination, client management, and mentoring architectural teams. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience across diverse project typologies with strong leadership capabilities and the ability to independently manage high-value projects from concept to completion. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership
- Lead architectural projects from concept planning to execution and handover
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, quality standards, and coordination
- Oversee architectural planning, design development, BOQs, and execution drawings
- Ensure smooth coordination between consultants, contractors, and stakeholders Design & Planning
- Develop innovative, functional, and sustainable architectural designs
- Lead master planning and infrastructure planning initiatives
- Ensure effective space planning, workflow optimization, and operational functionality
- Guide design development using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural tools Team Management
- Lead and mentor architects, designers, and project teams
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, landscape, and specialist consultants
- Build and maintain a high-performance design culture Client & Stakeholder Management
- Represent the organization in client meetings, presentations, and site reviews
- Translate client requirements into practical and effective design solutions
- Develop robust client relationships and support business development initiatives Compliance & Quality
- Ensure compliance with building codes, statutory regulations, NABH standards, and healthcare planning requirements
