Job Title: Customer Support / Operations Executive Experience: 0–3 Years Salary: Upto 2.5 LPA Shift: Fixed 10 AM to 7 PM : Cheqme Commerce Private Limited is hiring Customer Support / Operations Executives to manage customer interactions and support day-to-day operational tasks. The role involves handling queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via calls, chat, and email
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Prior experience in BPO / customer support / operations preferred
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
