The role involves market research, trend analysis, product innovation, coordination with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring timely product execution.Key Responsibilities - Lead new product development and product innovation initiatives - Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor products - Coordinate with R&D, marketing, packaging, and vendor teams - Manage product sampling, testing, and launch timelines - Work on product positioning, concepts, and improvements - Ensure smooth execution of new product launches - Maintain product documentation and development tracking - Identify opportunities for new categories and product expansionRequirements - Minimum 4 years of experience in NPD, product development, or product innovation - Experience in skincare, cosmetics, wellness, FMCG, or D2C brands preferred - Strong understanding of product development processes and market trends - Good coordination, vendor management, and project management skills- Creative and innovation-driven mindset - Strong communication and execution abilities
