The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of urban design and planning principles, sustainable development, and spatial design. This role involves working on master planning, transportation, land use planning, and urban redevelopment projects.Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the preparation of urban design strategies, master plans, and zoning regulations. - Conduct site analysis, research, and feasibility studies for urban development projects. - Support in GIS mapping, spatial analysis, and data visualization. - Work on 3D modeling, conceptual drawings, and presentation materials using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and government agencies on urban planning initiatives. - Assist in the preparation of construction drawings, reports, policy recommendations, and project proposals. - Participate in stakeholder meetings, public consultations, and urban policy discussions.- Stay updated with global trends in smart cities, sustainable urban design, and transit-oriented development. Required Skills&Qualifications: - Master’s degree in urban design, Urban Planning, or related field from a recognized institution. - Proficiency in GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS), AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Strong understanding of urban planning principles, land-use regulations, and environmental sustainability.- Excellent drawing preparations skills, spatial analysis, research, and report-writing skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment. - Strong communication and presentation skills.
