Role Overview - We are looking for a YouTube Specialist who can build and scale our financial education channel from scratch. This is a full-ownership role from strategy and scripting to production, publishing, and engagement. - The candidate must understand financial content, compliance sensitivity, and YouTube growth mechanics.- This is not just a content role. This is a growth engine role. Key Responsibilities 1. Channel Strategy&Positioning - Launch and structure the YouTube channel aligned with financial brand positioning - Define content pillars (Bonds, Fixed Income, Investor Education, Product Explainers) - Conduct keyword research for high-intent finance queries - Identify content gaps from competitors 2. Financial Content Planning&Scripting - Create monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals - Write clear, compliant, high-retention scripts - Simplify complex concepts like YTM, credit ratings, risk profiling - Work with compliance team for required disclaimers 3. Production&Shoot Management - Coordinate shoots (in-house or with vendors) - Direct anchors/experts during filming - Ensure professional quality (audio, lighting, delivery) - Guide editing for retention, hook strength, and CTAs 4. SEO, Publishing&Optimization - Upload with SEO-optimized titles&descriptions - Create high-CTR thumbnails - Implement YouTube Shorts strategy - Optimize end screens, chapters, tags 5. Growth&Performance Tracking - Monitor CTR, retention, watch time, subscribers - Improve performance via thumbnail&title testing - Align content with lead generation funnel - Share monthly analytics reports Required Skills - Strong understanding of YouTube algorithm, SEO&analytics (CTR, retention, watch time) - Experience managing a YouTube channel end-to-end - Ability to write clear, engaging scripts for financial content - Basic knowledge of bonds, fixed income&investor education topics - Experience in thumbnail planning&title optimization - Working knowledge of video production&editing tools - Data-driven mindset with monthly performance reporting capability - Ability to work with compliance-sensitive financial content
