Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional in-store experience. In order to do this, the candidate will build and train an effective team, and effectively incorporate business trends and customer feedback into the training of employees.

Managing day-to-day operations: Overseeing the day-to- day operations of a company or organization
Manpower Planning & Resource Allocation: Identify and deploy suitable engineers, fitters, and technicians as per project or contract requirements.
Vendor Management & Negotiation : Negotiate effectively with vendors including logistics, transportation, and support service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and service quality.
Team Leadership : Head and manage a team of 20–25 personnel, ensuring productivity, discipline, and engagement.
Staff Management :Supervise hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of employees.
Strategic Planning : Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives and project goals.
Performance Monitoring : Track operational performance, ensure adherence to KPIs, and maintain compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Process Optimization : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
Budget Management : Plan, forecast, monitor, and control operational budgets to ensure cost-effective project execution.
Audit & Compliance :Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Leadership Competencies : Demonstrate robust leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills to handle complex operational challenges.
Mobility & Flexibility : Remain versatile and willing to relocate to project sites as per business requirements. Technical / business-unit specific skills and knowledge
Sound knowledge of Standards & Codes for T &D; business, substation, construction related work.
Monitoring site activities for civil, mechanical, and electrical works for construction/commissioning of T&D;, substation work
Managing timelines and resolving site issues promptly.
Sound knowledge of documentation & reporting related to T&D; business, construction related work. Education
