Program Manager (Junagadh)

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Program Manager (PMO) to own and drive end-to-end delivery of customer programs. This is a senior individual contributor role with complete ownership of a portfolio of projects—from contract receipt to delivery, hypercare, billing, renewals, and repeat business.You will be the single point of accountability for delivery outcomes and client communication, ensuring predictable execution, strong governance, and high customer satisfaction while protecting engineering productivity.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Portfolio OwnershipOwn delivery of projects across Fixed Bid, T&M;, and AMC/Subscription modelsEstablish and manage baselines for scope, schedule, effort, milestones, and billingTrack and control risks, dependencies, and variances using PMO-defined metricsEnsure adherence to the full delivery lifecycle:Initiation → Planning → Execution → Deployment → Closure → Hypercare → AMCClient Communication & GovernanceAct as the single owner for all client-facing communicationLead weekly status reports, review meetings, milestone sign-offs, and escalationsManage billing, invoicing, documentation handover, and project closureShield engineering teams from unplanned or ad-hoc client requestsLead QBRs and executive reviews with senior stakeholdersCross-functional ExecutionCollaborate with Engineering, QA, DevOps, MLOps, Hardware, Field Services, and vendorsResolve cross-team dependencies and execution bottlenecks proactivelyEnsure readiness across design, testing, and deployment phasesPMO, QMS & ComplianceEnforce PMO charter, SOPs, templates, and QMS standardsMaintain audit-ready documentation in ClickUpDrive PMO/QMS audits and closure of corrective actionsEnsure strict change control post scope and plan freezeScope Management & Revenue GrowthOwn scope management and formal change controlConvert approved change requests into revenue upsell opportunitiesBuild strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and account expansionIdentify new use cases and growth opportunities through execution insightsKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong program and stakeholder managementExcellent client communication and escalation handlingScope, risk, and change management expertiseCommercial and financial awarenessHigh process and documentation disciplineAbility to thrive in rapid-paced, high-accountability environmentsTools & TechnologiesClickUp, Jira, Smartsheet (or equivalent PM tools)Google Workspace / Documentation toolsDashboards, reporting, and planning toolsHybrid Waterfall + Agile delivery modelsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field5–8 years of experience as a Project / Program ManagerExperience with enterprise clients and cross-functional programsStartup or IT services background preferredPMP certification – preferredWhy Join Us?High-ownership role with direct impact on customer successOpportunity to work across cutting-edge technology programsStrong visibility with leadership and strategic accountsFast-paced environment with real growth opportunities Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4n0cg6
