Motion Designer (Junagadh)

Role Overview As a Motion Designer, you will collaborate with marketing, branding, and creative teams to create engaging motion content for digital campaigns, product storytelling, brand communication, and enterprise marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess solid visual storytelling skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into impactful motion experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for brand, marketing, and digital campaigns.
- Develop narrative-driven visual content across multiple channels and audiences.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to execute creative concepts.
- Translate complex or abstract ideas into clear and engaging motion visuals.
- Work within established brand guidelines and design systems.
- Edit and enhance video content using motion design principles.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.
- Ensure consistency in visual quality, pacing, hierarchy, and storytelling. Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–9 years of professional experience in Motion Design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, and narrative motion projects.
- Expertise in Adobe After Effects (mandatory).
- Experience with Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, pacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work independently with clear briefs and minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise storytelling will be an added advantage. Good to Have
- Experience working with product marketing or enterprise brands.
- Understanding of digital-first storytelling and campaign execution.
