Our system is proven, our process is documented, and our results speak for themselves.About this role We've built a complete job search system— resume frameworks, LinkedIn strategy, outreach templates, interview playbooks. Everything is documented and ready to run. What we need now is someone who can learn this system deeply and teach it to clients in a way that keeps them moving, motivated, and accountable every single day.This is not a passive support role. You will be the person clients hear from daily. You will show them what to do, how to do it, and why it works. You will be confident, solution-first, and know the answer before the client finishes asking the question. What you'll do Take 4–5 client calls daily — walking each person through their job search step by stepRecord Loom walkthroughs on LinkedIn demonstrating exactly what to do and how to do it. Run daily WhatsApp check-ins to track progress and keep clients accountable Identify where clients are stuck and resolve it quickly with a clear next action Maintain structured updates and notes for each client on the systemFlag patterns, drop-offs, and friction points to help us improve the overall process What you'll teach clients How to build and optimise a LinkedIn profile that attracts recruiters How to tailor resumes for ATS and pass initial screening How to run structured cold outreach to hiring managers and recruitersHow to prepare for interviews and handle common objections How to follow up professionally and stay top of mind Who you are You've taught, trained, tutored, or mentored someone before— in any context, formal or informal You learn fast and can explain things clearly without being asked twiceYou're comfortable and confident being the expert in the room even when you're still learning You don't wait to be told what to do— you see a problem and solve it You have solid written and spoken English — clients rely on your clarity and confidence You're organised, consistent, and take follow-through seriouslyBackgrounds that fit: EdTech educator, Study abroad counselor, Academic tutor, Corporate trainer, College mentor, Placement coordinator Details: Location: Remote, India Type: Full-time Salary:₹35,000–45,000/month Growth: Senior track available How to apply: Tell us about something you learned and then taught to someone else.What was it?
