Location: Domalaguda, Hyderabad Project Type: High-Rise Residential Construction Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: Minimum 3 Months (Site Experience Preferred) Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month Benefits: PF, PT, ESI Job Summary: Manbhum Constructions is looking for a motivated Graduate Engineer Trainee (Civil) to join our site team for an ongoing high-rise residential project in Domalaguda, Hyderabad. This role is ideal for candidates who have basic site exposure and are eager to build their career in construction project execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior engineers in day-to-day site supervision and execution activities.
- Monitor construction work as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, site workers, and vendors for smooth execution.
- Support in quantity checks, material tracking, and basic site documentation.
- Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained at the site.
- Prepare and maintain daily site reports and progress updates.
- Assist in resolving minor site execution issues under the guidance of senior engineers. Required Qualifications:
- B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 months of construction site experience.
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and site operations.
- Willingness to work at the project site (Domalaguda). Candidate Requirements:
