Job Summary:

Manbhum Constructions is looking for a motivated Graduate Engineer Trainee (Civil) to join our site team for an ongoing high-rise residential project in Domalaguda, Hyderabad. This role is ideal for candidates who have basic site exposure and are eager to build their career in construction project execution.

Key Responsibilities: Assist senior engineers in day-to-day site supervision and execution activities. Monitor construction work as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines. Coordinate with contractors, site workers, and vendors for smooth execution. Support in quantity checks, material tracking, and basic site documentation. Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained at the site. Prepare and maintain daily site reports and progress updates. Assist in resolving minor site execution issues under the guidance of senior engineers.

Required Qualifications: B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum 3 months of construction site experience. Basic understanding of construction drawings and site operations. Willingness to work at the project site (Domalaguda).

Candidate Requirements: Must be seriously looking for a long-term chance in construction. Should be available to join immediately. Good communication and coordination skills. Strong learning attitude and willingness to work in office.
