- Make outbound calls to leads and explain training programs
- Engage with potential candidates and convert leads into enrollments
- Maintain proper follow-up with interested prospects
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Update lead status and maintain records in the system Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
- Confident in speaking with international clients
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work night shifts Experience:
- 3+ years (Candidates with good communication skills are welcome)
- Experience in international voice process or telecalling is a plus Salary & Benefits:
