About the Role: Lead Consultant – Data Science

Location: India Remote

Experience – 10+ years

Delphi is a Data, AI, and Security company with a solid foundation in proprietary IP and accelerators. This role is responsible for elevating Delphi’s market positioning toward a product-led, IP-focused Data & AI partner across all digital, social, and external communication channels.

What you will do


• Lead the development and deployment of advanced machine learning and AI models for real-world

business problems

• Design and implement scalable data science solutions using Azure cloud services

• Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to translate

requirements into technical solutions

• Build, optimize, and maintain ML pipelines and model lifecycle management (MLOps)

• Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts

• Ensure best practices in model performance, monitoring, and governance
