Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Accountant for a full time, in office role based in Kalady,Kerala. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with tax laws. Daily tasks include handling accounts payable/receivable, maintaining budgets, processing invoices, performing audits, and generating reports for financial analysis. The Accountant will also provide support in annual audits, ensure adherence to internal controls, and collaborate with other departments on financial matters.

Qualifications

Proficiency in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions

Solid knowledge of tax compliance, financial reporting, and budgeting

Experience with financial software and tools such as ZohoBooks, SAP, or Tally

Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills

Ability to work collaboratively and manage deadlines effectively

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification is a plus)

Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a technology-focused organization
