Wellness Sales & Lead Conversion Executive Company: Vaigayi Ayurveda & Yoga Retreat Location: Remote / Work From Home (90%) Industry: Ayurveda, Wellness & Hospitality Employment Type: Full-Time About Vaigayi Vaigayi Ayurveda & Yoga Retreat is a premium Ayurveda and Yoga retreat focused on authentic wellness experiences, Panchakarma therapies, yoga, naturopathy, and holistic healing. We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Wellness Sales & Lead Conversion Executive to convert wellness leads into bookings and consultations. Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, website inquiries, WhatsApp, and other digital campaigns.
- Convert incoming leads into wellness consultations, doctor appointments, and retreat bookings.
- Perform cold calling to SMEs, corporates, wellness groups, HR departments, and travel partners to generate new business opportunities.
- Explain Vaigayi’s wellness programs, Ayurveda treatments, detox packages, yoga retreats, and customized therapies to potential clients.
- Schedule doctor consultation appointments with prospective guests and send Google Calendar invites.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads until conversion.
- Coordinate with internal teams including doctors, operations, reservations, marketing, and management for smooth lead handling and guest experience.
- Coordinate with external agencies and marketing partners regarding lead status, quality, and follow-up updates.
- Maintain proper lead records and update CRM/Excel sheets regularly.
- Achieve monthly conversion and revenue targets. Skills & Requirements
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in English. Hindi/Malayalam/Tamil is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in telesales, wellness sales, hospitality sales, insurance sales, or lead conversion roles preferred.
- Robust follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling sales objections.
- Basic knowledge of Google Calendar, email communication, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and disciplined to work remotely.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments and external stakeholders.
- Passion for wellness, Ayurveda, hospitality, or healthcare is an advantage. Compensation & Benefits
- Basic Salary: ₹10,000/- per month.
