Job Title: After Sales / Customer Support Executive Location: New Friends Colony, Delhi (Work from Office) We are looking for an After Sales Executive to join our team at our New Friends Colony office. This role involves basic client coordination and after-sales support to ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and comfortable communicating with clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients post-sale and ensure smooth communication
- Handle follow-ups, basic coordination, and support requests
- Maintain records and assist with day-to-day operational coordination
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience Who We’re Looking For:
- A fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of experience can apply (internships included)
- Positive communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Organized and willing to take ownership of tasks
- Should be based in or around South Delhi for ease of commute
- Must love pets
